Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Plain-language terms. No data sold to third-party aggregators. No information sent to call centers. Transparent sharing only with the verified contractors who quote your project.

01Who we are

West Michigan Bath Audit (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a local bath contractor-matching service operating in West Michigan. We match homeowners with up to three vetted local bath contractors. We do not install bathrooms. Our mailing address is Grand Rapids, MI. You can reach us at info@westmichiganbathaudit.com or (616) 325-9505.

02What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect:

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers. We do not ask for them.

03How we use it

We use your information only to:

04Text messages (SMS) and phone calls

By submitting a form on this site, you agree to receive phone calls and text messages from West Michigan Bath Audit at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can request the match by phone or email instead.

Text STOP to any message to opt out. Text HELP for assistance. To stop calls, ask the team member during your next call or email info@westmichiganbathaudit.com.

Our texts are sent for two purposes only: (a) confirming your submission and the contractor match, and (b) a single follow-up if you stop responding. We do not send marketing blasts, promotional offers, or third-party messages.

05Email

If you provide an email address, we use it to confirm your contractor match and answer any questions you send us. We may also send a short follow-up email if you go quiet. We do not add you to a marketing email list, and we do not sell your email to anyone. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or by writing to info@westmichiganbathaudit.com.

06Who we share information with

The only third parties who see your contact information are:

What “share with up to three contractors” actually means. When you submit the form, we share your contact information and project details with up to three contractors who fit your zip and project type — not a wider pool, not the highest bidder, and not anyone outside our written-agreement network. Each of those contractors may then contact you directly to provide a quote. You can opt out of further contact from any of them at any time, and we will pull any contractor from the rotation that you tell us isn’t treating you well.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information to third-party lead aggregators. We do not pass your information to call centers, brokerage marketplaces, or general marketing services. We do not auction your project to whoever pays most. We do not share your information with any contractor outside the up-to-three you are matched with.

07Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your form progress, measure how visitors use the site, and show you relevant ads on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. Specifically:

You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Meta and Google ad personalization through their respective ad-preference dashboards.

08How long we keep your information

We keep your contact information and form submission for as long as your project is active in our matching system or for 36 months after your last interaction, whichever is shorter. After that, your record is archived without contact information attached. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing info@westmichiganbathaudit.com.

09Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Email info@westmichiganbathaudit.com with your request and we’ll respond within 7 business days.

10Security

Your information travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Our lead database is hosted in Notion with access restricted to authorized team members. Our backend runs on Cloudflare with industry-standard transit and at-rest encryption. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow modern practices and never store payment information (we don’t collect any).

11Children

This site and our services are intended for homeowners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted a form, email us and we’ll delete the record.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced in a notice on our homepage for at least 30 days.
